RoboCup Brazil Open is an extension of LARC/CBR for non-Latin American teams to remotely participate in the simulation leagues. 2019 3D Soccer Simulation rulebook updated ! The rule book for the RoboCup 2019 3D Soccer Simulation League competition is updated. See the updated rulebook in 3D Rules. The new SimSpark and Rcssserver3D releases are also available. In Sydney, we will use the SimSpark 0.3.1 and Rcssserver3D 0.7.2. See the new releases and their binaries download packages in the repository.

It facilitates experimenting using different learning and optimization techniques by providing a simulated environment. Since the games are played with teams of 11 players, the league is also a very good environment for experimenting on multi-robot coordination methodologies.
