2019 3D Soccer Simulation rulebook updated ! The rule book for the RoboCup 2019 3D Soccer Simulation League competition is updated. See the updated rulebook in 3D Rules. The new SimSpark and Rcssserver3D releases are also available. In Sydney, we will use the SimSpark 0.3.1 and Rcssserver3D 0.7.2. See the new releases and their binaries download packages in the repository.
